TITLE OF GOODS
The risk in the goods passes to the purchaser after delivery/collection but the title is retained by Wildly Rural until payment has been received and cleared in full

COMPLAINTS
Every endeavour is made to keep all nursery stock true to name and form, but no warranty is given or implied.

Every endeavour is made to ensure the plants leave our nursery in first class condition.  In common with all reputable nurserymen, we do not guarantee our stock as so many factors, particularly adverse weather conditions and after care, are completely outside of our control.  Once the plants are in the customer’s care we cannot be held responsible for failures for the above reasons.  We will consider every complaint made within 7 days of delivery, in other words, if there are any complaints whatsoever these must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods, when a full investigation will be carried out.

ORDERS
The acceptance of any order by us implies no guarantee to supply and if cash is taken and we do not supply, this will be refunded in full.  Cancellations will not be accepted, a charge of 30% of the value of the order will be made if cancellation occurs.

DELIVERY
Deliveries can be made to all parts of the country.  Carriage costs will be confirmed prior to order acceptance.
